Delivery & installation
Your sauna arrives in factory-finished sections for assembly on site, with guidance supplied. A firm, level base must be ready before delivery.
UK delivery is included. We’ll agree who handles unloading, positioning and assembly, including any separately quoted services. Site preparation, on-site installation and electrical connection are separate from the sauna price.
For an installation quote before ordering, share your postcode and photographs of the access route. We’ll confirm the available options, scope and cost for your site.

What’s included in the sauna price?
The Western Red Cedar sauna, bench seating, Harvia The Wall 9 kW electric heater, integrated lighting and UK delivery are included. We confirm the complete specification with your order. Site preparation, on-site installation and electrical connection are arranged separately.
Can I choose wood-fired heat?
Yes. The reference photographs show a wood-fired configuration. Timberveil includes a Harvia The Wall 9 kW electric heater as standard; a wood-fired build can be agreed before ordering. We confirm the heater, matching flue kit, site requirements and any price adjustment in writing.
Can Timberveil be delivered into my garden?
We’ll review the access route with you before your build begins. Share your postcode and photographs of the route to the final position, including gates, tight turns and changes in ground level, so we can confirm the delivery arrangements for your site.
What base will I need?
The published overall exterior size is 2.85 × 3.10 m, with a height of 2.60 m. A suitable firm, level base must be ready before delivery. We confirm the actual base size, access and installation clearances with your agreed specification.
How are delivery and assembly arranged?
Your sauna is assembled and checked in the workshop, then delivered in factory-finished sections for assembly on site, with guidance supplied. You can arrange assembly yourself or request a separate installation quote before ordering. Unloading, positioning and assembly responsibilities are agreed in writing ahead of delivery.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. You can begin with a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% payable once your sauna is finished in the workshop, before dispatch. We agree your specification and delivery arrangements before requesting the deposit.
What electrical work does the electric heater need?
The standard Harvia The Wall 9 kW electric heater needs a suitable supply and connection by a qualified electrician. Exact circuit and connection requirements depend on the agreed configuration. We’ll confirm the specification for your electrician. Electrical supply and final connection by a qualified electrician are arranged separately.
What care, warranty and support are included?
We provide care guidance and UK-based support for everyday ownership. Your two-year warranty covers structural components and heating systems, subject to the warranty terms and correct installation, use and maintenance.
