We need accurate information about gates, turns, gradients, parking and the route to the sauna's final position.

Electrical requirements depend on the heater selected. Final electrical connection must be completed by a certified electrician.
Relevant permissions
Planning, landlord or site permissions vary by property and location. These remain the customer's responsibility to confirm.

We agree the assembly route before delivery is scheduled, so responsibilities are understood on both sides.

Ask a different questionIs a photograph really enough to begin?
Yes. A clear photograph, rough dimensions, your postcode and any model you like are enough for an initial conversation. Exact measurements and access details are confirmed before an order is agreed.
How long will my sauna take?
Most Nordpower permanent saunas are presented with an estimated 8–10 week made-to-order lead time. Your individual window is confirmed before deposit and remains subject to specification, production scheduling, site readiness and logistics.
What does the 50% deposit secure?
It secures materials, labour and production scheduling for your order. The deposit becomes non-refundable once production begins. The remaining balance is due before dispatch; full conditions are set out in Nordpower's terms.
Is delivery included?
Complimentary delivery is included within mainland UK unless stated otherwise. Remote or restricted-access locations may require an additional quotation. Standard delivery is kerbside unless another arrangement or installation service is agreed in writing.
Can Nordpower install the sauna?
Professional installation may be available for an additional fee, depending on location and schedule. Alternatively, the sauna's checked modular sections are designed for straightforward assembly by capable customers or their appointed contractor, with guidance from Nordpower.
Can I alter a standard Nordpower model?
Potential alterations and bespoke projects can be discussed before quotation. What is possible depends on structure, glazing, heating, transport and the intended setting. Any approved variation is recorded as part of the agreed scope.
Will I need planning permission?
Requirements vary with location, dimensions, placement, listed status and local restrictions. You should confirm the position with your local planning authority and obtain any landlord or property permissions before installation.
What electrical work is required?
The requirement depends on the heater and configuration selected. Any mains connection must be completed and certified by a suitably qualified electrician. We will identify the relevant product requirement during planning.
What warranty and support are provided?
Nordpower provides a two-year warranty covering structural components and heating systems, subject to the published terms and correct installation, use and maintenance. You also receive care guidance and direct UK support through first heat and beyond.
Can you supply commercial or holiday-let projects?
Yes. Private rentals, boutique stays and considered commercial settings can be discussed. We will need to understand expected usage, management, access, services and maintenance before recommending the right route.
