Delivery & installation
Your sauna arrives in factory-finished sections for assembly on site, with guidance supplied. A firm, level base must be ready before delivery.
UK delivery is included. We’ll agree who handles unloading, positioning and assembly, including any separately quoted services. Site preparation, on-site installation and electrical connection are separate from the sauna price.
For an installation quote before ordering, share your postcode and photographs of the access route. We’ll confirm the available options, scope and cost for your site.

What’s included in the sauna price?
The timber-lined sauna room, two-tier benches and ambient LED lighting are included, together with UK delivery. We confirm the full specification and any heater requirements with your order. Site preparation, on-site installation and electrical connection are arranged separately.
Can I request a particular heater?
Yes. Include your preferred heater or heating requirements in your enquiry before ordering. We’ll confirm what suits Iskar, together with the specification, connection requirements and any price adjustment, in writing.
Can Iskar be delivered into my garden?
We’ll review the access route with you before your build begins. Share your postcode and photographs of the route to the final position, including gates, tight turns and changes in ground level, so we can confirm the delivery arrangements for your site.
What base will I need?
Iskar has an exterior footprint of approximately 1.83 × 1.83 m and needs a firm, level base. We’ll confirm the base size, support requirements and installation clearances for your agreed specification before delivery.
How are delivery and assembly arranged?
UK delivery is included. We agree access, unloading, positioning and assembly responsibilities in writing before delivery. Professional installation is available by separate quotation; share your postcode and photographs of the access route so we can confirm the scope and cost.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. You can begin with a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% payable once your sauna is finished in the workshop, before dispatch. We agree your specification and delivery arrangements before requesting the deposit.
What electrical work will be needed?
Electrical requirements depend on the agreed heater, lighting and controls. We’ll confirm the technical details for your electrician. Electrical supply and final connection by a qualified electrician are arranged separately.
What care, warranty and support are included?
We provide care guidance and UK-based support for everyday ownership. Your two-year warranty covers structural components and heating systems, subject to the warranty terms and correct installation, use and maintenance.
