Delivery & installation
Your sauna arrives in factory-finished sections for assembly on site, with guidance supplied. A firm, level base must be ready before delivery.
UK delivery is included. We’ll agree who handles unloading, positioning and assembly, including any separately quoted services. Site preparation, on-site installation and electrical connection are separate from the sauna price.
For an installation quote before ordering, share your postcode and photographs of the access route. We’ll confirm the available options, scope and cost for your site.

Full-height glazing opens the room to your garden. A high side window brings daylight to the benches and a second view beyond the timber.

Sheltered entrance
A recessed doorway frames the glass front, with a cedar-lined canopy and discreet entrance lighting.
Cedar-shingle roof
Overlapping cedar shingles bring natural texture to the pitched roof, framed by a dark, defined edge.

Vertical cedar gives Ember Fjell its quiet exterior, with the timber grain visible through the dark finish.
Illuminated alder benches
Dark alder seating meets concealed warm-white lighting, bringing definition and a gentle glow to the cedar-lined room.

What’s included in the sauna price?
Your selected heater, sauna stones, bucket, ladle and thermometer are included, together with UK delivery. The wood-fired option also includes its chimney and flue kit. Site preparation, on-site installation and electrical connection are arranged separately.
Which heater is right for me?
Choose the Nordpower wood-fired stove if you enjoy preparing and tending a fire as part of the sauna ritual. The Harvia 9 kW electric heater provides heat without firewood and requires a suitable electrical supply and connection. Both heaters have an estimated heat-up time of around 40 minutes to 90°C, depending on conditions.
Can Ember Fjell be delivered into my garden?
We’ll review the access route with you before your build begins. Share your postcode and photographs of the route to the final position, including gates, tight turns and changes in ground level, so we can confirm the delivery arrangements for your site.
What base will I need?
A firm, level base must be ready before delivery. We’ll confirm the required size and site requirements for Ember Fjell with your specification.
How are delivery and assembly arranged?
Your sauna is assembled and checked in the workshop, then delivered in factory-finished sections for assembly on site, with guidance supplied. You can arrange assembly yourself or request a separate installation quote before ordering. Unloading, positioning and assembly responsibilities are agreed in writing ahead of delivery.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. You can begin with a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% payable once your sauna is finished in the workshop, before dispatch. We agree your specification and delivery arrangements before requesting the deposit.
What electrical work does the electric heater need?
The exact supply and connection requirements depend on the heater and configuration. We’ll confirm the specification for your electrician. Electrical supply and final connection by a qualified electrician are arranged separately.
What care, warranty and support are included?
We provide care guidance and UK-based support for everyday ownership. Your two-year warranty covers structural components and heating systems, subject to the warranty terms and correct installation, use and maintenance.
